Active or inactive sales associates are required to successfully complete this 45-hour post-licensing education requirement before the first renewal of their license. This requirement has the effect of placing all initial licenses in a conditional (probationary) status because failure to complete the post-licensing education program will cause the initial license to become null and void. The 45-hour post licensing course begins with the ethical responsibilities and legal requirements that govern the real estate professional. We focus our attention on learning the keys to succeed by acquiring and maintaining sale-able listings, to qualifying potential buyers of real estate. The course takes the real estate professional through the process of the offer, the contract, exploring mortgage alternatives, and the closing process. Finally, we analyze real estate investments and the importance of properly managing the property.
Remember that the post-licensing education must be completed before you send in your renewal!
